The Competition Management Office has updated its Home Page to consolidate and present projected procurement requirements for both Aviation and Missile commodities in a single platform. Previously, Aviation buys were published separately as the Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL), while Missile purchases were listed under the Advanced Planning Acquisition Information (APAI) by the Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization Office. With this revision, the APAI has been discontinued, and all projections are now integrated into the CASL. This list covers anticipated purchases related to Major Items and Services, Spare and Repair Parts, as well as Maintenance and Overhaul. The update also includes revised instructions for the CASL to align with the new column headings of the listings, ensuring clarity and ease of use for stakeholders. Interested parties can access the updated information and related competition details through the Competition Management Office’s website hosted by the Department of Defense at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This consolidation aims to streamline procurement visibility and facilitate more efficient access to projected buying opportunities across both Aviation and Missile categories.
