The US Embassy in Kingston Jamaica intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order / contract for the supply and installation of a complete commercial laundry system. The Contractor shall supply, install, commission, brand, train and maintain a complete commercial laundry system consisting of an 80-pound barrier washer-extractor, an 80-pound steam-heated dryer, a steam-heated press legger, and a steam-heated press top, including all associated steam connections, valves, traps, controls, manuals, warranties, and accessories necessary for full operational functionality.


The prices quoted shall be firm-fixed-price and shall include all costs necessary to furnish, deliver, install, brand, commission, and place the equipment into full operational service. Prices shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, shipping, insurance, permits, supervision, training, technical documentation, warranties, maintenance services, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit required to perform the contract.
The contract price shall remain fixed throughout the period of performance and shall not be subject to adjustment after award. The Government will not make any price adjustment for increases in the cost of labor, materials, equipment, transportation, taxes, duties, utilities, currency exchange rate fluctuations, or any other cost associated with contract performance.
