This is a service procurement for a base year and four option periods. General scope of services will be to provide complete garbage removal services in several recreation areas to be picked up at Beaver Creek Recreation Area for the Corps of Engineers (Oahe Project/Lake Oahe). Please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM. Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from date of submission or update to SAM. All amendments to this solicitation notice will be posted in FedBizOpps. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any amendments. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
