This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


The Iowa National Guard (Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center) has a requirement for the procurement and certified installation of one (1) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Canon Medical Systems "Complete X-Ray Tube Head Monoblock" (Part #A526046-01). This component and the associated service are required to repair an existing Canon Portable Digital Radiography System utilized by the Sustainment Training Center (STC) Medical Section.


Acquisition Details:


Brand Name Requirement: This action is being solicited as a Brand Name requirement. To maintain the parent system's active warranty, ensure software compatibility, and meet FDA/DoD safety standards, the Government requires the exact Canon OEM component. Installation, calibration, and software synchronization must be performed by a Canon-certified Field Service Engineer (FSE).
