The General Services Administration (GSA) is preparing to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the upcoming Complex Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Solutions (CS3) acquisition (solicitation # QTA0015SDA4003). All proposal submissions for this RFP will be collected via an AcquServeTM secure web portal which requires pre-registration. Interested vendors will be required to have an ACES Business Representative Certificate in order to gain access to the portal. Please note that the process for obtaining these certificates can take up to 30 days to complete, so interested vendors should allow enough time to complete this process. Use of the AcquServe portal will be the only permissible method for submission of proposals.
