Hillsborough County intends to procure Composite Access Products (CAP) Cao One A-1BK24S4-H01H01SS-H1 manhole covers as they are the only known rings and lids with the following specifications and operational requirements:

Traffic Rating: Fully compliant with American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) M306 H20/H25 proof load standards.
