The City of Fayetteville is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Comprehensive Annexation Feasibility and Implementation Study. The selected firm will evaluate potential annexation areas and provide GIS-based suitability analysis, fiscal impact modeling, infrastructure capacity assessment, and an annexation strategy and implementation plan.
