The provider must demonstrate the ability to handle high-volume testing demands with reliable turnaround times for routine and expedited services such as CBC, A1C, lipid panels, comprehensive metabolic panels, thyroid testing, and urine toxicology. STAT and rapid testing options with clearly defined timelines are required to support crisis stabilization, medication management, and clinical decision-making. Proposals must detail operational capacity, staffing, equipment, and logistical capabilities to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple community-based locations.
