Authority: FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.


On September 25, 2026, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), executed a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
