Full Description
The County of Franklin, Virginia, wishes to obtain proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive study of the County’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) system and to develop a data-driven, long-range master plan. The study shall evaluate the existing combination career and volunteer service delivery system and provide practical, prioritized recommendations for sustainable, efficient, and effective emergency services.
All proposals must be received in the Franklin County Finance Office Attn: Corey White, Assistant Director of Finance, 1255 Franklin Street, Suite 111, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151, no later than 4:00 PM est on September 22, 2026. Proposals received after the stated deadline will be returned unopened.
