Concrete Stairs & Handrail Installation

This subcontract involves the installation of concrete steps and safety handrails for prime contractors working on Central Valley Flood Protection Board levee projects in Sacramento. The scope of work includes the construction of thirty-three 4-foot wide concrete steps on the landslide slope and twenty-four 4-foot wide concrete steps on the waterside slope, with a handrail specifically required for the landslide stairs. All work must be performed using concrete and formwork that adheres to established levee construction standards. The project concludes upon the delivery of completed concrete staircases on both designated slopes.
