Conditional Use Permit No. 17-05 Amendment (Kelly Slater Wave Company/Surf Ranch)

The project involves an amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 17-05 for the Surf Ranch facility located in Lemoore, California, to expand the existing site by adding approximately 40.39 acres of land identified by Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 024-080-036 and 024-080-087.
