REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) (Reference # P2P 105809/B) Amendment 006 September 25, 2023 1. This document is raised to answer bidders’ questions. Amendment 005 September 18, 2023 1. Canada acknowledges that the Operator Assisted Service (OAS) has been particularly challenging for industry in this and previous versions of the COAS solicitation. Canada has received a number of questions related to the OAS component of the solicitation. Despite the fact that these questions were received after the time for questions had passed, Canada will be responding to the questions in the coming days in the Q&A on CanadaBuys. 2. SSC is modifying the closing date from September 19, 2023 to October 31, 2023. Canada appreciates Bidder’s continued interest and participation in the COAS solicitation. Amendment 004 September 12,2023 1. SSC is in receipt of questions that arrived after the deadline and has chosen to respond. SSC requests that no further question(s) be posed before the solicitation closing date of September 19, 2023. In responding to these questions, please note that SSC’s requirements remain unchanged. SSC has made the modifications indicated below in response to the questions and provide clarification to the concerns. 2. SSC has issued Version 3 of Appendix 2 to Annex A ,B & C- COAS Electronic Billing Detail File, and Att. 4.2 - COAS Financial Evaluation Workbook (Annex E - Pricing Table). Bidders are required to use and complete the Version 3 which are posted with this amendment. Amendment 003 August 30, 2023 1. This document is raised to answer bidders’ questions. 2. SSC has modified RFP Article 2.6 – Entitled Questions and Comments; Article 2.6.2 has been replaced with the following: The deadline for submitting questions and comments to the Contracting Authority concerning the Solicitation documents is August 31, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Any follow-up questions or clarifications to Canada’s responses in Amendment 3 must be received by September 1, 2023 @2:00 PM. 3. SSC has initiated the following change in French to Appendice 2 des annexes A, B & C SCAO - Fichier électronique des détails de facturation FEDF. The Tab Facture is removed. 4. Modification of the closing date from September 5, 2023 to September 19, 2023. 5. SSC is amending the response to Q&A number 25 on August 10th in Amendment 001 Amendment 001 August 10, 2023 1. To answer bidders’ questions; 2. SSC grant an extension to the closing date from August 14, 2023 to September 5, 2023. Requirement Canada has a requirement for the provision of Conferencing and Operator Assisted Services (COAS) which consists of a cloud-based conferencing application platform for audio/web conferencing, operator-assisted audio conferencing and a web-based service portal for Shared Services Canada (the "Client"). The contract period for any resulting Conferencing & Operator Assisted Services (COAS) contract is intended to be 4 years, plus 6 option periods of one year each.
