The Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner of Canada (PSIC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a turnkey audiovisual and conferencing integration solution for three specific rooms at 60 Queen Street, 4th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario. The project involves the supply, delivery, installation, and integration of equipment for one small office, one large office, and one large meeting room, ensuring alignment with Shared Services Canada standards and reference architectures. All proposed systems must be Microsoft Teams Rooms certified using either Windows or Android platforms and feature 4K-panels. The contract period runs from the date of award through March 31, 2027, with all deliverables required by that date. To be eligible, bidders must possess at least three years of experience in designing and installing Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions and provide descriptions of two similar projects completed within the last five years. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and professional services, including site surveys, end-user training, and the provision of as-built documentation. Security requirements include maintaining a valid Designated Organization Screening and ensuring personnel hold Reliability Status, with the condition that all contractor staff be escorted at all times. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to green procurement policies by using reusable, returnable, or recyclable packaging. Final acceptance is contingent upon meeting specific technical verification criteria and ensuring all equipment bears Canada-approved certification marks.
