TRIM is a proprietary database system used for tracking and processing of DoD issuances and directive type memorandums used to convey DoD policies, responsibilities, and procedures. This system provides for an orderly processing, approval, publication, distribution, internal review, and records management of DoD Directives, DoD instructions, and DoD publications. Not purchasing this support would jeopardize the integrity and maintenance of this proprietary TRIM system and hinder the processing, approval, publication, and distribution of these documents DoD requesters. Extensive market research validated that HP can only satisfy the specifications/capabilities. HP has not authorized ANY of its resellers to offer HP Maintenance renewals on a partner held GSA Schedule. Any reseller that is offering Maintenance Renewal Pricing (to be delivered by HP directly) off of their own GSA Schedule, would be violating their Reseller Agreement with HP.
