The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, is consolidating and substantially bundling contract requirements for the Electronic Warfare Fleet Support Team under a SeaPort-NxG task order. This action combines two existing task orders, previously valued at approximately 116 million dollars and 39 million dollars, to streamline engineering, technical, logistics, and programmatic support for the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division. The scope of work involves providing full life cycle support for Airborne Electronic Warfare systems, including Electronic Surveillance, Electronic Protection, Electronic Countermeasures, and Electronic Attack. Key support areas encompass software development, research and development, modeling and simulation, interoperability testing, and comprehensive IT support. The resulting task order is planned for award in May 2026 and will consist of a one-year base period with four twelve-month option years. A critical requirement for the award is a minimum 20 percent small business contribution threshold, which will be a material part of the contract and monitored via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. Failure to maintain satisfactory small business participation may result in the government opting not to exercise out-year periods. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes under solicitation number N0016426SNB36 and does not constitute a formal solicitation or government commitment.
