The City of Palm Coast is seeking qualified consulting services to support the leasing of its dark fiber infrastructure. We are looking to engage a consultant or firm to act as a broker on an as-needed basis to assist with negotiations and pricing strategy when third parties express interest in leasing dark fiber from the City.
The selected consultant will be responsible for working with City staff an interested parties on a case-by-case basis to negotiate pricing for the requested dark fiber and associated services, such as rack space, if required.
These services will be provided on a fixed-fee-per-consultation basis. Each consultation engagement will be defined and authorized by the City in advance.
Consultants should demonstrate experience in broadband/fiber network leasing, municipal or government experience, and market-rate negotiation for telecommunications infrastructure.
