Full Description
The Contractor, its affiliates, subcontractors, and parent companies shall not participate as an offeror, subcontractor, reseller, implementation partner, or consultant to any proposer responding to the subsequent Pension Administration System procurement. The Contractor must be fully independent and free from any affiliations, financial interests, or partnerships with pension administration system vendors to ensure objective assessment, unbiased requirements development, and impartial support throughout the PAS procurement process.
At the discretion of the Fairfax County Retirement Systems (FCRS), the Contractor may be offered an optional opportunity to provide project management oversight and quality assurance services during the implementation of the new PAS.
