The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic), through its Solutions in Identity Management (SIM) Integrated Product Team (IPT), is seeking information on commercially available contactless fingerprint sensors capable of capturing fingerprints on the move, without requiring the subject to stop or physically touch the sensor. The focus is on identifying products that can process at least 10 subjects per minute and can be integrated into larger biometric systems. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather details on existing technologies in order to evaluate their suitability for the Gatekeeper On The Move Biometrics Program (GOTM-B), which conducts objective assessments and validations of commercial biometric equipment for the biometrics community. Interested parties are asked to provide company information, including manufacturer or distributor status, product details such as name, model, and operating system, along with a designated contact for follow-up. All submissions are treated as public information and may be published in program documentation, so proprietary data should not be included. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation or contractual offer, and no contract will be awarded based on the responses. Information is due by noon Eastern Time on February 26, 2016, and must be sent via email to the technical point of contact. The objective is to identify potentially qualifying commercial technologies to support future project planning and procurement decisions within the SIM IPT and GOTM-B Program.
