Lockheed Martin Corporation, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a sole-source hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification (P00151) under Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Weapon Systems contract HQ085121C0002. The total value of this contract modification is $407,164,441.00. The work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey and Guam, with period of performance from time of award through December 2029. The effort continues engineering, development and certification for Integrated Air and Missile Defense capabilities into the Aegis BMD Weapon Systems design for Aegis Guam System. Obligations in the amount of $76,164,591.02 using Fiscal Year 2026 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, and $2,603,868.00 using Fiscal Year 2026 Procurement will occur at the time of award.
