The National Institute of Health Clinical Center (NIH-CC) plans to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips North America LLC for the support and maintenance of the IntelliSpace ECG Management System, which is essential for the Critical Care Medicine Department’s diagnostic and research EKG services for both adult and pediatric patients. This system streamlines the viewing and interpretation of EKG data across patient types by integrating tracings into electronic medical records, improving diagnostic efficiency and reducing turnaround times. The contract will include preventive maintenance, repairs, technical support, software updates, training, loaner equipment, and probe replacement to ensure minimal downtime and continued safe, effective patient care. The procurement will be conducted under the statutory authority that allows for an other than full and open competition process due to the unique capabilities of the vendor and system. Although this is a Notice of Intent and not a request for proposal, other qualified sources may submit capability statements by the specified deadline for government consideration.
