Contracting Support Services

The contractor is required to provide three full-time, on-site Contract Specialist V personnel with 102 series or equivalent expertise in federal procurement to support the preparation and administration of government contracts, including multiple award indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts and other acquisition tasks. These specialists must demonstrate deep knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and related regulatory frameworks, including government-wide directives like OMB Circulars and Department of Homeland Security-specific policies such as HSAM. Their responsibilities include direct customer engagement, requirements analysis, contract management support, program management assistance, and mentoring to enhance workflow efficiency and drive process improvements across acquisition functions.
