The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with The Boeing Company for the acquisition of two Control Augmentation Test Sets and two Control Augmentation Program Sets. This procurement will be executed as a delivery order under BOA N68335-06-G-0024, utilizing the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The non-competitive approach is based on the government's lack of current data, drawings, or specifications required to facilitate full and open competition. Interested sources were invited to submit proposals within 15 days of publication for the government to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
