Full Description

The Internal Revenue Service, Management Information Technology Services (MITS), intends to renew a sole sourced award for annual membership to the Corporate Executive Board, 1919 North Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209. CIO Executive Board (CIOEB), is a corporate think tank which serves functional heads at over 2,000 of the worlds largest organizations-this allows it to publish proprietary research based on best practices across the strategic concerns of senior management. Membership includes program materials, tools, access to research contents, and individual support services over the term of the agreement. Membership includes access to the following services: Proven Best Practices, Research Insight, Peer Benchmarks, Decision and Diagnostic Tools, Executive Networking, Advisory Support, and Live and/or Online learning Events. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be reviewed and considered, but the Government reserves the right to make an award without any further discussions. Written proposal shall be no longer than 10 pages in length. Proposal should include the annual membership costs and a description of the services/materials offered. Proposals should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references. All sources considered shall be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, must provide federal tax identification number, and DUNs number. Award shall be based on best value and other technical factors. All proposals must include: point of contact, to include telephone number, street address and GSA contract number, if applicable, If no response are received to this notice award shall be made to Corporate Executive Board (CEB). This contract shall be award in accordance with FAR 13, Streamline Acquisition procedures, FAR clauses: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial item; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic funds Transfer-CCR Registration.
