The product must be manufactured from cotton fiber in natural or Olive Drab CARC color (AMS-STD-595 #34088), meeting strict physical specifications including a width of 0.22–0.28 inches, a weight not exceeding 0.11 oz/yd, and a breaking strength of at least 80 pounds.
