Full Description

Walworth County seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide branded County apparel and swag items for our employees. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying a curated selection of items including but not limited to shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, and various promotional swag items. Additionally, the vendor will be required to develop and maintain an online web store where employees can conveniently access, purchase, and be invoiced for their selected items. 2. Objective The primary objective of this RFP is to establish a long-term partnership with a reputable vendor to supply high-quality branded apparel and swag items for our county employees. The County would like the vendor to maintain a web store that will be open to County employees quarterly (at a minimum) for a designated amount of time with the potential to increase frequency if demand should dictate. The web store should include an assortment of available apparel, including long-sleeve tees, short-sleeve tees, polo shirts, long-sleeve sweatshirts, and fleece jackets, that can be screen-printed or embroidered with approved County logos and department names. Colors, sizes, and quantities will vary. The County has two needs for branded apparel production. The web store should be set up to address both of these needs: a. The first is for branded “uniform” apparel, which could include zip-up jackets, three-in-one jackets, polo shirts, and other clothing items that certain staff are required to wear in the course of executing their jobs. Uniform items purchased by the County are sales tax-exempt. Only designated County purchasers could buy these using County credit cards. These items may be shipped to designated County facilities. b. The second need is for branded apparel or “spirit wear” that employees may choose to wear at work. This type of apparel could include hoodies, jackets, T-shirts, polo shirts, etc. These items would be paid for by employees and are not sales tax-exempt. These items should be shipped to employees’ residences
