This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items or Services”, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation number is 2043FY-26-Q-00030 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 



The IRS seeks contractor support for Courier Service for the Kansas City Submission Processing Center (KCSPC), Office. This project involves secure courier services to support the transportation of taxpayer remittances, checks, deposit slips, and associated documentation to designated financial institutions. These services are necessary to ensure timely deposit of Federal revenues and continuity of IRS financial operations.  The contractor shall provide secure, dedicated courier services including daily pickups and deliveries, peak filing season support, weekly cash deliveries, and on-call services. Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable IRS security, disclosure, privacy, and safeguard requirements including the Privacy Act of 1974 and Internal Revenue Code Sections 6103, 7213, and 7431.The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price who can meet all the requirements included in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set-aside for small businesses.
