This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items or Services”, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation number is 2043FY-26-Q-00030 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The IRS seeks contractor support for Courier Service for the Kansas City Submission Processing Center (KCSPC), Office. This project involves secure courier services to support the transportation of taxpayer remittances, checks, deposit slips, and associated documentation to designated financial institutions. These services are necessary to ensure timely deposit of Federal revenues and continuity of IRS financial operations.
