The Utah District Court, through the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, is soliciting a firm-fixed price contract for the furnishing, installation, configuration, and testing of a complete audio, video, and control system in Courtroom 3.400 located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award, with delivery desired within 100 days after receipt of the offer. The contract requires vendors to provide a detailed spreadsheet outlining the make, model, quantity, unit price, and total cost for each item, explicitly mandating that any non-brand offerings must demonstrate full equivalence to the branded items listed in Schedule B.
