ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $2,216,754 The Town of Prosper is accepting competitively sealed proposals for CSP NO. 2025-22-B CRAIG ROAD ELEVATED STORAGE TANK REHABILITATION. Proposals will be accepted online through IonWave.net, the Town’s e-procurement system, or in hard copy in the Purchasing Office located in the 3rd Floor Finance Suite of Town Hall, 250 W. First St., Prosper, Texas 75078 until 2:00 P.M. on THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026. Any proposals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The proposal opening will be held online on THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Each proposal submitted shall be accompanied by a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount proposed, payable without recourse to the Town of Prosper, or a Bid Bond in the same amount from a reliable surety company as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the successful Contractor will execute a Construction Agreement with the Town, including all required bonds and other documents. The successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 115% of the contract amount, and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, as well as evidence of all required insurance coverage within ten (10) calendar days of notice of award. The successful Contractor shall also furnish a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount covering defects of material and workmanship for two calendar years following the Town's approval and acceptance of the construction.
