This project consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, transportation and all associated services for the Craig Road Pedestrian Bridge Project (CIP # 10513) at the Upper Las Vegas Wash. The pedestrian bridge will connect the multi-use trail across Craig Road, near Berg Street. This work generally consists of a 10-foot-wide pedestrian bridge crossings with associated approach ramps and ADA-compliant, multi-use trail including a 10-foot-wide asphalt concrete path, with ADA-compliant access from the bridge crossings to the street, stair access to the pedestrian bridges, associated drought-tolerant landscaping, irrigation systems, trail lighting, trail nodes, rest stops, and other necessary appurtenances to make a complete and serviceable trail system as shown on the Drawings. The Project shall be completed within 300 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $3,200,000 to $3,400,000.
