Full Description

The New York State Department of Health intends to contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. to support the Component A grantees by providing subject matter expertise, training, technical assistance, etc. to support achievement of work plan activities for the term 6/1/2021 - 5/31/2026. The additional funding will be used to support an increase to JSI staff time and effort and the existing subcontractors or consultants to provide training and technical assistance to Component A grantees. Additional funds will support the annual in-person grantee training costs in the JSI contract and additional subject matter experts may also be supported for training sessions. A competitive procurement for this service was not feasible because a formal competitive process is planned for the next procurement cycle. The RFA will be released in April 2025 and will include all available state and federal funding for this initiative.
