Eligible providers must offer core services including education, support, and one-on-one consultations, with a requirement for professional responses to inquiries within 24 hours and assistance with breastmilk expression methods. The contract term runs from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with a total available funding amount of up to 600,000 dollars.
