Date: 11/12/2017 Refer to DR & Builder Req listed below: 1) SR 22368027 Replace D30 – HVAC (RF8235CSH251 Air Compressor #2) 2) SR 22166726, (DR2019-CSH-8235-01-A)-Compressor No.2, Air Compressor Broken 3) SR 20463084 Replace D3060 - CONTROLS & INSTRUMENTATION (RF8235CSH251 Air Compressor #1) Additional Info: Denied by KTR for TO FY24 execution under PIR CFAO087. See details on p.3 for the “Analysis Letter’ from MMJV. SPECIAL NOTE: If H84 - As part of completion of work, new assets need to be created plus tagging for the new components and deactivate the replaced components in Maximo as part of ICAP prior to acceptance at BOD.
