This Sources Sought is issued solely for market research purposes to identify potential vendors capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Statement of Objectives (SOO). This is not a solicitation or request for proposal, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price as a result of the solicitation to be issued.
