The purpose of this RFP is to select one qualified SLPPA Provider to finance, construct through properly licensed contractors, own, operate, maintain, and ultimately remove or transfer the CSUB Solar & Battery System in accordance with the RFP, SLPPA, riders, attachments, RFP Project Documents, and addenda.
