CSUB-RFP-11108 CSUB Solar & Battery Advanced Shovel-Ready SLLPA Project No. PR1467 Trustees are soliciting proposals for an advanced shovel-ready 20-year Site License Power Purchase Agreement for the California State University, Bakersfield Solar & Battery Project. The purpose of this RFP is to select one qualified SLPPA Provider to finance, construct through properly licensed contractors, own, operate, maintain, and ultimately remove or transfer the CSUB Solar & Battery System in accordance with the RFP, SLPPA, riders, attachments, RFP Project Documents, and addenda. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package delivered to the University contact by the submission deadline of September 16, 2026 before 3:00pm.
