Full Description

The Granbury Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals as specified in this document for CTE Supplemental Supplies and Equipment. Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed shall be disqualified. Any questions pertaining to the proposal procedure should be addressed in the question tab in the bid. The evaluation criteria herein will be used to determine which of the proposals provide the best quality for GISD at the most economical cost. GISD reserves the right to request post-proposal modifications, including best and final offers. GISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities, and to accept the proposal(s) that is/are determined to be the most favorable to GISD. Recognizing that there are important considerations other than price, GISD may not necessarily award to the lowest offeror. Granbury ISD accepts no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by any offeror in the course of responding to this proposal. All offers will remain open for acceptance by Granbury ISD for a period of ninety (90) days from proposal deadline SCOPE OF PROPOSAL Granbury ISD intends to purchase CTE Instructional Supplies and Equipment on an as needed basis for all district campuses. Proposers are requested to offer a percentage discount from catalog or published (online or hard copy) price list your company will offer Granbury ISD during the contract period. Each proposer agrees to hold their offer open for acceptance by Granbury ISD for no less than ninety (90) days from the deadline date and time for proposal submission. Strict adherence to points outlined in the request for proposal is necessary. The term of coverage will be from written notification of award through August 31, 2028, with the option to automatically renew annually for an additional four years in one-year increments. GISD reserves the right to terminate the contract at the end of any term or for convenience. The contract will auto renew at the sole option of the district. At the time of renewal, minor modifications may be accepted by the district if it is deemed in the best interest of the district to continue the contract. No changes to any discount quoted will be accepted unless a more favorable discount to GISD is offered. GISD reserves the right to accept or deny any modifications. Any proposed modifications must be identified in writing at least (90) days prior to the expiration date of the then current term. This proposal will be a multiple award.
