Cub Cadet — Lawn, grounds, and snow removal equipment

This cooperative purchasing Master Agreement, identified as contract 112624-MTD, is established between Sourcewell and MTD Products Company doing business as Cub Cadet. The agreement provides eligible government entities in the United States and Canada a framework to procure lawn, garden, irrigation, waterfront maintenance, and snow removal equipment. Under the terms of the contract, participating agencies receive specific percentage discounts off the manufacturer's suggested retail price for Cub Cadet Residential, Professional, and Snow Removal product lines, as well as select equipment from Troy-Bilt and Dewalt. The contract was awarded following a competitive solutions-based solicitation process and was formally approved by the Sourcewell Board of Directors. The agreement carries a four-year initial term that expires on January 31, 2029, with the possibility of extensions reaching a total of seven years. Administration of the contract is managed by Sourcewell, with primary points of contact including Jennifer Kucera for awardee support and Tyler Prokes and Nikki Werk for supplier development.
