SEALED BIDS will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on 08/11/2026, at Cumming City Hall, Department of Utilities, located at 100 Main Street, 4th Floor Suite 401, Cumming, GA 30040, then publicly announced. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, non-transparent envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words, ¿CUMMING CITY PARK RETAINING WALL IMPROVEMENTS¿, the Bidder¿s Georgia Utility Contractor¿s License Number, and Bidder¿s name, address, phone number and contact person.
