Custodial Services

The contractor is required to provide comprehensive custodial services at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, encompassing basic cleaning, prestige cleaning, emergency and special event cleaning, and periodic maintenance across all facilities used by the 6th Air Mobility Wing and its 33 mission partners. The scope includes cleaning non-carpeted and carpeted floors, stairways, elevators, lactation rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, youth centers, school age programs, fitness centers, and centralized trash removal, with all work governed by the Air Force Common Levels of Service Standards outlined in Appendix A and supported by estimated square footages and floor plans in Appendices B and C.
