Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the OASA(M&RA), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Jane Mobley & Associates, 6412 Belauh Street, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22310-2671. JMA shall provide custom computer programming services in support in development of Army strategic communications. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of twelve (12) months (31 March 2008 to 30 March 2009). This notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a requ est for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
