The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b), only one source reasonable available, to Executive Wood Products for the purchase of two custom made podiums. These podiums will replace the existing custom podiums that were manufactured by Executive Wood Products. Through market research, it has been determined that only Executive Wood Products can replicate the existing podiums as it is desired to retain the current appearance of the podiums. This sole source notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The determination not to compete the requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
