The requirement to submit proposals electronically using an ACES certificate will be removed. Further details will be specified in the final RFPs. Offerors will no longer be required to obtain an ACES certificate. Also note that additional Frequently Asked Questions and responses will soon be posted to the www.gsa.gov/fcsa web site.
