The vendor must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Jun 2008). The web site address is https://orca.bpn.gov/ Awarded contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) formerly Central Contractor Registration (CCR).Go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ for registration. - Late proposals will NOT be accepted see, FAR 15.208-b(1). -Quotes received must list a unit price for each individual item and quotes must be separated by room. -Quote will be evaluated based on minimum stated requirements. Any optional items will be review dependent upon availability of funds after minimum requirements have been met. -Any square footage provided is for informational guidance only. Awarded contractor must verify furniture fitment and room measurements before final installation.
