Cybersecurity Compliance and CMMC Support Services

The contract seeks services to support compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and preparation for CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, focusing on achieving and maintaining audit readiness across all applicable systems and processes. Work includes the development and management of a Plan of Action and Milestones to address identified security gaps, ongoing monitoring of controls, and ensuring continuous alignment with federal cybersecurity standards. The contractor will be responsible for implementing necessary policies, procedures, and technical safeguards to meet the required baseline protections outlined in the NIST framework and positioning the organization to successfully demonstrate compliance during CMMC assessments. Additionally, the contract requires the effective flow-down of cybersecurity requirements to all subcontractors and third-party vendors, ensuring that the entire supply chain adheres to the same compliance standards. This includes documenting subcontractor adherence, verifying control implementation across tiered relationships, and maintaining traceable evidence of compliance throughout the contractual lifecycle.
