Cybersecurity Compliance & CUI Protection Services

This contract seeks services to implement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST Special Publication 800-171 and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification framework, ensuring full compliance with federal requirements for handling Covered Defense Information. The work involves establishing, validating, and sustaining technical and administrative safeguards to protect Controlled Unclassified Information across systems and processes, with a focus on continuous monitoring, risk mitigation, and audit readiness. The contractor must demonstrate expertise in configuring, documenting, and validating NIST 800-171 controls and achieving CMMC certification levels applicable to defense supply chain obligations. The services are required under a subcontract issued by the ASC Commodities Division within the Department of Defense, targeting organizations capable of delivering secure, compliant solutions for defense-related data. Performance must meet stringent federal standards for information security, including proper classification, transmission, storage, and disposal of CDI, with all activities conducted in accordance with DFARS and FAR regulations.
