NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT Cylinder, Compressed Gas (ACAN) The Department of National Defence requires the following items to be delivered to 25 Canadian Forces Supply Depot, Montreal, Quebec.: 1. High-Pressure Steel ABO Gas Cylinders (600 Units Total) • Part Number & Model Baseline: P/N 3A2015 • Technical Specifications: Manufacturing must strictly adhere to DOT-3AA / TC-3AAM seamless steel specifications, featuring a 2,400 psig service pressure and a verified hydrostatic test pressure of 4,000 psig. • Physical Dimensions: Cylinders must feature a volumetric capacity of 2,990 cubic inches (49 litres) and a body length of exactly 56.50 inches ± 0.4 to safely lock into DND's fixed cascade racking and aircraft servicing systems. • Integrated Packaging & Crate Specifications: Each of the 600 units of these cylinder assemblies must arrive individually pre-housed within its own custom heat-treated wooden crate as an inseparable, factory-integrated delivery package. 2.
