Full Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee contract on a sole source basis to AT & T Government Solutions, Inc., 1900 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA 22182-3865. The authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition expands the current 911- Routing and Management Service (911-RMS) infrastructure providing the completion of conversion to Commander Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA), and Naval District Washington (NDW) and the bases therein. The acquisition will also provide services to conduct a site survey in Commander Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) and Commander Joint Region Marianas (CJRM), all bases therein and local jurisdictions, to determine feasibility of conversion. The applicable NAICS code is 517110, and the Small Business Size Standard for No. of employees is 1,500. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation within 14 days after date of publication of this notice and will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
