Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, intends to issue a sole-source award to Time Warner Cable Inc to purchase broadcast space for the Family Advocacy Programs 30-second commercial. This requirement is necessary to provide a robust outreach effort to educate the military community on the prevention of family violence, which included child abuse and domestic violence. Time Warner Cable Inc. is the only known vendor capable of providing commercial advertisements on local television stations required by MICC-Fort Bragg. The period of performance is for one (1) year effective, 30 September 2014. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement.
