This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Maintenance and Support services for annual software subscription & support renewal for Watchfire WebXM Site Integrity module and WebXM Priv module for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is OPM04910-Q-0002, and is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, and the small business size standard is $23.0. This is a BRAND NAME requirement for subscription and support renewal for Watchfire / IBM WebXM Site Integrity module and Watchfire / IBM Priv module. Technical support services for the WebXM modules will be provided directly by IBM technical support personnel on an as needed basis as part of the existing basic software packages. Subscription and support shall be for the period of November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010. Item 0002: Annual support renewal for Watchfire WebXM Priv Module, Watchfire Item Priv-XM-5-1 for up to 250,000 pages or IBM Rational Policy Tester Privacy Edition Resources Software Subscription and Support Renewal, IBM Part Number E047GLL.
