This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) VA262-17-Q-1416. VA San Diego Healthcare System requires a contractor to organize information including complete hyperlinking of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) as-built drawings. The scope of work includes an already developed cloud-based archiving system and desktop application that will be used as a tool to archive, retrieve, and hyperlink existing and future VASDHS drawing plans, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, and warranty documents. The drawing plans and documents shall be accessible anytime with a handheld device which will minimize the use of paper documents. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing via email no later than (NLT) July 24, 2017. Answers will be posted NLT July 27, 2017.
